Uma visita a um grande amigo. Durante uma semana repôs-se a conversa depois de um período sem nos vermos. Para mim um momento de descontração, para o Pedro o continuar da sua rotina diária, com o seu ritmo de trabalho, mantendo um equilíbrio entre tempo livre e tempo de trabalho. Ritmo difícil de encontrar hoje em dia, mas talvez novamente necessário.
Uma ideia de estar entre o ócio e a sua negação.

Bio

José Oliveira nasceu em Braga, em 1986. Vive e trabalha na cidade do porto.
É co-fundador da Galeria Painel, co-fundador e membro do coletivo Rua do Sol
sediado no Porto, membro da direção do CCOP onde é responsável pela área
cultural, e membro do júri do concurso de cozinha As Três Rãs.
Trabalha atualmente com Francisco Babo no café CCOP onde são empregados de mesa e chef’s da cozinha Leosandro Vincitelli.

Visiting a great friend. For a week the conversation was updated after a period without seeing one another. For me a moment of relaxation, for Pedro the continuing of his daily routine, with his working pace, maintaining a balance between leisure time and work time. A rhythm that is hard to come by nowadays but perhaps is once again needed.
An idea of being between idleness and its negation.

Bio

José Oliveira was born in Braga, in 1986. He lives and works in the city of Porto.
He is co-founder of the Painel Gallery, co-founder and member of the collective Rua do Sol, board member of CCOP where he is responsible for cultural programing, and member of the jury of the kitchen contest The Three Frogs.
He currently works with Francisco Babo at the CCOP café where they wait tables and are chefs of the Leosandro Vincitelli kitchen.
